Meet your consultant
I'm a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and authorised Commissioner for Oaths in Alberta, in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). I hold a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law (GDipICL) from Queen's University, Canada - where I received legal training in Canadian immigration, citizenship, and refugee law.
I founded SARAB Immigration because every case deserves the same person on the file from your first call to the day you land. No call centres. No hand-offs. Just careful attention to your situation, current law, and IRCC policy - and honest advice about the pathway that's right for you.

Client stories
Families and individuals we've been proud to support on their journey to Canada.
Sarabjit walked us through the Super Visa process step by step and answered every question - my parents landed in Calgary six months later. Straightforward, patient, and honest about timelines.
After a study permit refusal I was ready to give up. Sarabjit reviewed the reasons, restructured the application, and got the reversal on the second try. I'm now in my second semester.
Being able to speak Punjabi with someone who actually understood immigration law made all the difference. My PR file was submitted cleanly and approved without an RFE.
